Building in Russia for more than 30 years
Construction of hotel complex Yalta in Yalta (Crimea), in 1978, was the first project in Russia (former Soviet Union) contracted to Industrogradnja. Several major projects followed in 30 years of continuing business operation in Russia.
Industrogradnja hold a license in Russian Federation for both, design and construction including finishing works and utilities.
Industrogradnja holds a permanent office in Moscow, with experienced employees; engineers and technicians. The company subcontracts companies from Russia and abroad for execution of construction works supervised by Industrogradnja's engineers and project leaders.
During 30 years in Russia, Industrogradnja successfully constructed many different objects: administrative and office buildings, trade centers, hotels and recreation centers, residential buildings, factories and many more. |

| Besides former Yugoslavia and Russian Federation (former Soviet Union), Industrogradnja was active on many construction sites in Europe and Africa.
In Iraq, Industrogradnja built Airforce Headquarters and Airforce Officers' Club, both in Baghdad, cement factory AlTa'mim, six bridges and many special purpose (military) objects.
In Germany, the company constructed many residential complexes and hotels, commercial buildings and warehouses, a department store, Volkswagen assembly hall, buildings of nuclear power plant in Biblis and others.
Industrogradnja also built a few administrative buildings in Budapest, Hungary. |

Shopping mall "Carnival" in Yekaterinburg
Shopping mall Carnival consists of one underground floor, ground floor and three floors above ground, with parking area on the roof. There are passenger, cargo, car and panoramic elevators.
In the central part of the mall there is an atrium through all the floors with translucent, glass roof and a big fountain. There is a furniture parlor, household utilities shopping centre, warehouses and administrative tracts in the basement. A supermarket and tracts for merchandise reception are located on the ground floor. There are different stores, restaurants, bars and entertaining facilities on other floors. The mall hosts 6 cinemas, a bowling alley, iceskating field, pool room and casino.

Recreation complex "Gazovik" in Kazan
Cultural and sport complex within 4 floors building with allpurpose sport hall and a swimming pool. Complex will be used for physiotherapy, sports training and various sports competitions such as volleyball, basketball, tennis, swimming, bowling.
On the ground floor there is a bowling room with bar, and on upper floors, beside offices, there are swimming pool with grandstands for spectators, sauna, resting room, fitness room, sport hall and sanitary facilities, VIP lounge and other facilities.

"Young Petrochemist" complex in Anapa
Young Petrochemist is a children’s health center planned for healing and health prevention for children of 6 to 18 years of age and as a restingplace for families with children.
The whole center is divided into three zones: residential zone, economy zone and administrative zone with apartments for staff. The first phase of construction included cultural and social center for 240 persons (two floors building), restaurant and bar (two floors building), reception area with an open terrace (three floors building) and apartments for staff (four floors building).
